Moss Tool Shop

Ask for tools
by text.

Kit is the shop’s request inbox. Field crews text what they need; staff see it in one place, confirm who’s asking and which job, then mark it done when it’s out.

Plain language works. Include quantities and where to bring it when you know.

Foreman

Need 2 shovels and 5 hard hats at job 214.

Kit

Got it — the shop has your request.

How it works

From a text to a finished request.

  1. 01 / TEXT

    Crew asks from the field

Text the shop line with what you need. First time, Kit asks for your name, job number, and employee ID so the shop knows who’s calling.

  2. 02 / REVIEW

    Shop sees it in Kit

Staff open the request inbox, confirm the person and job, and work the ask — no separate app for the field.

  3. 03 / DONE

    Mark it complete

When the tools are out, the request is Done. People and jobs stay on file for the next ask.

In the field

Just text.

No login. Reply when Kit asks to confirm your details. Prefer English or Spanish — say so once and Kit remembers.
