How to opt in — the only enrollment method
- The Moss Tool Shop first registers the foreman's work mobile number. Registration by shop staff alone does not provide consent and does not trigger a text.
- The foreman reviews this public opt-in notice, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.
- From that registered mobile number, the foreman texts START to (833) 350-6689. Sending START is the foreman's express consent to receive the tool-request messages described here.
SMS enrollment is optional. Consent is not a condition of employment or of using the tool shop; a foreman can still place requests directly with the shop without enrolling in text updates. Consent is not collected through any other website form, verbal script, purchased list, or third party.
