Terms of Service

The service

Kit is a tool-request service operated by Townes M Company LLC, doing business as Townes & Co, on behalf of Moss Utilities. Authorized field personnel may request tools, equipment, and safety supplies from their company's tool shop by texting (833) 350-6689 or through the web application, and receive text messages confirming and updating the status of their requests.

Eligibility

The service is for Moss Utilities employees and authorized crew leads registered with the tool shop. The shop may add, deactivate, or correct registered users and phone numbers at any time.

Text messaging terms

• After the tool shop registers their number, foremen enroll by texting START to (833) 350-6689. Adding a number to the shop roster alone is not consent.
• Message frequency varies, up to four messages per tool request.
• Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier's plan.
• Reply STOP to stop receiving messages at any time. Reply HELP or AYUDA for bilingual request instructions, or contact your tool shop.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

The service is for legitimate work-related tool requests. Requests are reviewed by tool shop staff before fulfillment; the shop may decline or modify any request.

Availability & changes

The service is provided as-is and may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. These terms may be updated; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
